• To provide medically necessary skilled nursing care in the home

•  To assess, monitor and provide skilled nursing care in the home on an hourly basis

•  To assist in the transition of care from an acute setting to the home

• To prevent medical complications resulting in hospitalizations and facility placement
  

• Skilled Nursing: RNs & LVNs provide patient self-care education, wound care, injections, catheter & ostomy care.

• Certified Home Health Aides: Assist patients with grooming, personal hygiene, toileting, provide companionship and assist with other daily living activities

Choice Home Care can assist you on both a short term and long term basis. Each of our personal nurses are thoroughly licensed, screened, bonded and insured. Our Personal Care staff is comprised of Professional Nurses and Certified Nurses Aides, so you can be assured you or your loved one is receiving the best care possible. In addition, we require our caregivers to participate in ongoing education and training programs so they are current and knowledgeable in their field of expertise.

If you prefer to use someone you already know and trust to care for your child we will hire them, background screen them,
and then we will take care of all the payroll wages, taxes, and mandatory CA withholding’s. After all, Respite should be relaxing not exhausting!
